Approach

We have developed a process that avoids the traditional broker approach to the marketplace. We do not believe that simply throwing a client out into the market for partners to outbid each other is the right way to go.

BRW’s approach is to spend time with our clients to fully understand their needs and challenges so that we can match them with the best fit customer experience partner. BRW will then work with the client and partner throughout the onboarding process to ensure the best possible start to the relationship.

We are aware that some companies prefer to have more than one potential partner presented to them. In these cases, BRW will introduce a small selection of our partners and help guide the client through the selection process.

Our partners have capability throughout the world, with multiple locations in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. We are set up to offer a traditional bricks and mortar, in centre service and we can offer flexible at home working.
